Terms – Sponsored Posts
The service performed is a sponsored post and/or link insertion on 365DaysOfFacts.com. The service is performed exclusively online. These terms specifically and solely cover these services.
We ask that you do not make changes to the post and that all editing is completed prior to final submission of the materials. However, we understand that sometimes changes are required. Please keep changes to a minimum. Excessive or complicated changes may result in increased fees.
Payment is due within five calendar days. Any payment to be made on a day that is not a business day (Saturday and Sunday) can be made on the next following business day (Monday through Friday).
Invoices are provided upon request. If you choose to direct, a link or email address will be provided. You are required to include the URL of the post or link in the notes field of the payment.
Failure to make payment within the specified time period will result in your links or post being deactivated and possibly an increase in fees.
The post is categorized as a review. Also, “review” is noted in the meta data.
Text and Links
You certify that you have full rights to use the text and links that are included in your sponsored post or link.
Images (where applicable)
If you do not provide an image, then an image will be selected for you. You will not be able to edit or change the image if an image is not provided.
If you do provide an image, then you certify that you have full rights to use that image for your post on 365DaysOfFacts.com. You are liable for any penalties that result from copyright or other claims.
There is no guarantee on traffic or performance
Your links will not be changed or the code edited in any way
The product or service that you are promoting is legal in the state/country/region where it is targeted. The state/country/region is clearly noted and included in the text.
Your post will remain live for as long as the site is owned and operated by George Bannerman Dealey Leadership Academy. As of this date, there are no plans to sell or change ownership of the site.

All fees are non-refundable
You may not assign any of your obligations of these terms to another party without my specific consent.
Nothing in these terms shall constitute a partnership between our two parties. You have no authority to enter any contract nor make any representation of any kind on behalf of George Bannerman Dealey Leadership Academy.
Any legal action or proceedings to enforce these terms or arising out of these terms, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States in the state of Texas. You waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on the grounds of venue or that the proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
George Bannerman Dealey Leadership Academy is not responsible for any circumstances that interrupt the service that are beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, any interruptions to internet services and legal requests to remove the post or link.
